What is the Go-Getters Subscription Program?

Subscribe to learn a holistic way of living that will transform your life. How much does the program cost?

3-MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION: You will be charged $45.95 when you subscribe and your next charge will be every 3 months. You can cancel at any time but if the gift was already sent you will be charged for the next 3 months period. YEARLY: You will be charged $165 when you subscribe and your next charge will be every year. You can cancel at any time but if the gift was already sent you will be charged for the next yearly period. ONE-OFF: One-time charge of $59.95. Does not auto-renew. When will I receive access to the private platform and when will I get the gift?

You will receive a welcome message and access to our private portal via email withing 24h. We will ship your gift the next business day. The delivery may take between 1-21 days, depending on your located.

I just wanted One-Off access to the program, why have I been charged again?

If you purchased a "One-Off" offer there will be no further charges. If you subscribed seasonally, you will be billed and shipped gifts every 3 months until you decide to cancel. Go-Getters Subscription Program is a subscription service, just like when you subscribe to a magazine – you will continue to pay for, and receive the service until cancellation. If you have only purchased "One-Off for $59.95" – you will only be billed for that one purchase and you will only receive one gift and access to the private portal for 3 months only.

I have a subscription, why can't I log into my account?

You may not have 'activated' your login to the website yet. What you will need to do is email us at info@wildriotcollective.com and we can send an activation email.

How many products do I receive per year?

When you purchase a 3-monthly or yearly subscription, you will receive four gifts per year, unless the subscription is canceled. If you purchase a One-Off, you will receive ONE gift.

What is the cancellation policy?

You are welcome to cancel at anytime by emailing us at info@wildriotcollective. Your subscription will continue to renew indefinitely until canceled. You will need to cancel prior to next payment being debited and before the next gift is sent to you, or you will be charged for another period.

How can I update my shipping address?

To change any shipping details, please email us your name on the account, along with your new address and your old address that is currently on file to info@wildriotcollective.com We will update this for you and send you a confirmation email once completed. Once a gift has been sent out from our warehouse, changes to the order cannot be made.

If I get the program as a gift for a friend, can I include a personalised note?

Absolutely! If you purchase our program for a friend, you will receive a set of free printable e-cards for you to complete and give to your friend/ mother/ sister or a partner. If these do not arrive in your email within 24h, please check your junk/spam folder and contact us at info@wildriotcollective.com

What is your refund policy?

If you are unhappy with the program or the gift included, we will provide a refund if returned within 30 days. The return postage must be covered by you. Product must NOT have been used or tampered with, and will only be refunded if returned in new condition. All the products are double checked before being sent off. However, if you happen to receive a damaged product, please email us a clear photo of the item showing that it is damaged or defective. We are not responsible for damages caused by wear and tear, submergence into water, or sizing differences.

How do I unsubscribe from the Newsletter emails?

If you no longer want to receive our emails, you can remove yourself from our mailing list by clicking the "unsubscribe" button at the bottom of our emails. Please note - by clicking "unsubscribe", you will be removed from all emails including our discounts, info about events, free resources, payment reminder emails, etc.

I haven't received an email with access to the program yet, what shall I do?

It can take up to 24h for you to receive your emails. If you haven't received them by then, we suggest checking your junk or spam folder. If it's not there, please email us at info@wildriotcollective.com and we will get back to you ASAP.


All payments are charged in USD using the most current exchange rate. Please note, the price will always be the same, there are NO additional costs. We accept payments via PayPal and Credit Card.

Where can I find your size guide?

We never want to send you something that doesn't fit properly so we have size guides available on all of our product pages.


To be eligible for a return, the product must have arrived damaged or defective, no other reasons are subject to a return. If your item is damaged or defective you are eligible for a reshipment of the item or a full refund. We are not responsible for damages caused by wear and tear, submergence into water, or sizing differences. Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us. Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Shipping To return your product, you should email us to receive the best return postal address. Do NOT send it back to the manufacturer. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Unfortunately no. Access to the program must be purchased separately, with a Subscription or One-Off.

  • The gift will be shipped to you on the next business day. All we ask in exchange is to take a picture wearing your outfits, enjoying our products and tag us to keep the inspiration going.
